While ESS expects the employees to have certain skills and competencies when they come on board to work with us, we do provide opportunities for employees to keep those skills up-to-date and to learn new skills. ESS offers a variety of in-house and external training programs to help the employees grow and reach their full potential.

Apprenticeship Program

ESS sponsors employees who wish to enter apprenticeship programs if the program relates to the employees' current position or a position within ESS to which an employee can aspire.
