Being dedicated to excellence in Product Support, Equipment Sales & Service (ESS) continues to focus on Customer Service. The most recent efforts have been made to strengthen our Service area.

Jason Dawe has been appointed as the new Service Supervisor for the London branch. With his hands-on Komatsu experience, he will contribute greatly to increase the service level within this large territory.

Patrick O'Keeffe has joined ESS as Shop Supervisor for the Toronto operation. Patrick has acquired extended service experience in Komatsu products while working for a Komatsu distributor in Ireland. As a winner of a Komatsu Technical Contest in Europe, he will have a great influence on ESS's service level.

Further steps have been taken to improve service support coverage.

Service technicians have strategically been added within the regions of Simcoe (Barrie), Lambton (Chatham), Waterloo/Niagara and Hastings (Madoc/Belleville). This expansion will make the ESS Service network complete and as such will enable service coverage within a two hour distance to most locations in Southern Ontario.
